Happy Ice is all about fun and smiles, and stays engaged with the community by supporting local charity projects. Their famed “Water Ice” has the smooth, rich, creamy texture of an ice cream and the light, fruity refreshment of a sorbet.

The Location
The festival will activate the Los Angeles Great Streets Sherman Way corridor between Etiwanda and Lindley Avenue in the heart of Reseda.
Presented by Los Angeles District 3 Councilmember Bob Blumenfield with support from the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.
